I'm looking for experienced crew to join my on my passage. This is not a delivery or charter—it involves overnight passages, varied weather conditions, and active involvement in the maintenance and operation of the boat. Accommodations are shared, and galley and head access are standard for a boat of this size and layout. 

 

• Applicants must have 15,000 miles of offshore experience.

• Applicants should be confident with offshore watchkeeping, sail handling, and general seamanship.

• Mechanical, electrical, or rigging experience is a strong plus. ​

• Crew are expected to cover their own travel to and from the boat and to contribute to provisions while aboard.

• I will pay all expenses including airfare plus $1,000 per month.
